Delhi Chief Secretary Controversy: The ongoing dispute between the Delhi Government and the Central Government regarding the appointment of Delhi Chief Secretary is not showing any end. However, AAP has already suffered a setback from the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, AAP MP Raghav Chadha has again given a statement regarding the appointment of Chief Secretary. He has targeted BJP. While talking to the media on Friday, Raghav Chadda said that the Central Government has a role in the appointment of the Chief Secretary in Delhi.

Shock from Supreme Court

Let us tell you that while hearing this case, the Supreme Court has already given an order on the decision of the Central Government to extend the tenure of the Chief Secretary of Delhi by 6 months. Meanwhile, big information is also coming out regarding the suspension of Raghav Chadha from Rajya Sabha. Actually, the Supreme Court will now hear the petition filed by Chadha on December 8. The decision to adjourn the hearing on Raghav Chadha’s petition till December 8 was taken in the court of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud. Let us tell you that in the last hearing, the Supreme Court had asked Raghav Chadha to tender an unconditional apology to Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar and expressed hope that the Chairman would take a ‘sympathetic’ stance in this matter.

what is the whole matter

Let us tell you that Raghav Chadha is suspended from Rajya Sabha since August 11. In fact, some MPs, most of whom belong to the ruling BJP, had accused Chadha of including his name in a resolution without his consent.
