Shradha Murder Case: The verdict will come out on April 29 in the sensational Shraddha murder case in the country’s capital Delhi. The arguments on the charges against Aftab Poonawalla have been completed in Delhi’s Saket Court on Saturday. During this, Shraddha’s father filed an application in the court to release her remains to perform the last rites. Regarding this, the court has asked the Delhi Police to file a reply on 29 April.

Let us tell you that about six months ago, Aftab Poonawala allegedly strangled his live-in partner Shraddha to death in Delhi’s Mehrauli area. After this, his dead body was dismembered into pieces. Delhi’s Saket Court on Saturday reserved its order on framing of charges against the accused Aftab Amin Poonawalla. The court will give its verdict in this matter on 29 April.

Additional Sessions Judge Manisha Khurana Kakkar adjourned the hearing of the matter till April 29. Meanwhile, Shraddha’s father has filed an application in the court to hand over her remains for the last rites of her daughter. Delhi Police will file its reply on his application. For this, the court said that the police has been asked to file its reply on April 29 itself.

It is noteworthy that Aftab Poonawala had allegedly strangled his live-in partner Shraddha to death in Delhi’s Mehrauli area. After this, Aftab cut Shraddha’s dead body into 35 pieces and kept it in the fridge for three weeks. After this these pieces were thrown in different parts of Delhi. Some pieces of the corpse were recovered by the Delhi Police.
