Delhi Liquor Policy Case: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has once again sent a notice to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. ED has called CM Kejriwal for questioning in the money laundering case related to Delhi Liquor Policy. ED has asked him to appear before the agency on Thursday i.e. 21st December. Let us tell you that the Enforcement Directorate has already sent summons to Arvind Kejriwal. This is the second summon of ED.

Earlier it was to be presented on 2nd November

Let us tell you that earlier the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had sent summons to Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam case. The ED had asked him to appear on November 2 in the Delhi excise policy case, but the Aam Aadmi Party chief had ignored the summons alleging that it was illegal and politically motivated.

CBI has done investigation

At the same time, in this regard, CBI has already called the Chief Minister for questioning in the month of April. Addressing the press after more than nine hours of questioning at the CBI headquarters in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal had said that he was asked 56 questions by the investigating agency. CBI interrogated for nine and a half hours. I answered all the questions. The entire alleged liquor scam is false and bad politics. He had said that AAP is a ‘staunchly honest party’. They want to eliminate AAP, but the people of the country are with us.
