Delhi High Court dismisses Manish Sisodia’s bail plea.
The Delhi High Court today refused to grant interim bail to AAP leader Manish Sisodia in the excise policy scam case. The former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi had sought bail on a temporary basis for six weeks on the ground that he was the sole caretaker of his ailing wife. The petition seeking regular bail in the matter is pending before the Delhi High Court. Delhi High Court judge Dinesh Kumar Sharma has allowed Manish Sisodia to meet his ailing wife in custody for a day from 10 am to 5 pm.
