These trains include many trains including Kalka Express, Taj Express, Sirsa Express, Delhi-Haridwar Express, Meerut-Sriganganagar Express. According to Northern Railway, a total of 207 trains have been canceled on September 9, 10 and 11 in view of the G-20 summit in the capital Delhi. Apart from this, it has been decided to short terminate and short originate 36 trains.

First few trains will be terminated before New Delhi

A Northern Railway spokesperson said, โ€œ36 trains will be short terminated during the G-20 conference. Due to the G-20 meeting, these trains will be terminated at stations like Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Adarsh โ€‹โ€‹Nagar, Tughlakabad and Okhla before New Delhi.

Security agencies are on alert in the national capital Delhi because of the G-20 summit. Along with this, many strategies are being made to make the venues foolproof. For this Delhi Police is using Artificial Intelligence module. Delhi Traffic Police has also issued a guideline for the general public. Also created its own G20 virtual help desk for real-time traffic updates. Its job is to suggest alternative routes for the G-20 summit and travel to and from airports, railway stations, ISBTs, etc.
