The accused told the businessman that the police team has complained that he commits huge tax evasion. Hearing this, the businessman got tensed and handed over all the money to the fake ED team.

When the accused searched Vineet’s office, some documents and Rs 2 crore cash were found in it. Seeing so much money, the accused immediately ran away with cash and papers. After this businessman Vineet Gupta reached Mohan Nagar police station. There was a stir in the police department as soon as they heard that two crore rupees cash had been taken away. However, while registering the complaint, the Mohan Nagar police started investigation by registering a case against unknown accused under section 420, 34.
