Kanker. CAF jawans have set an example of humanity in Kanker district of Chhattisgarh. No one from the village came forward to perform the last rites of the dead old woman’s body. While performing the duty of humanity, the soldiers of CAF set an example of humanity by giving shoulder to the deceased. The jawans remained present at the cremation ground till the entire cremation rituals were performed.
According to the information received, an 80-year-old woman Khorin Bai had died in village Bhiragaon of Bhanupratappur. But no one from the village came forward to perform the last rites of his dead body. As soon as the information about this was received, the soldiers of Chhattisgarh’s Arm Force reached. While fulfilling the duty of humanity, the soldiers set an example of humanity by giving shoulder to the deceased. The jawans remained present at the cremation ground till the completion of the cremation rituals. It is being told that the husband of the deceased old woman had died a few years ago. The woman had become old, someone in the village used to give her food to eat. Life was going on like that.
