According to the information received, Sukchand Yadav, father Fulsingh Yadav, age 45, resident of Village Net and Ram Yadav, father Mehtar Yadav, age 36, resident of Jhakri, took the minor girl with them on a bike on the pretext of getting her a job in Tamil Nadu. At first Sukchand left Ram Yadav in Jhakri. Then the girl was kept in the house of Kamalabai Yadav in village Boravand, district Narayanpur. Finding the girl alone there, he raped her. He then threatened to kill her if she told anyone about it.
