Ganesh Mishra-Bijapur. Encounters took place between security forces and Naxalites at different places during the first phase of voting. At the same time, the police is claiming that more than three Naxalites were killed during the retaliatory action of the soldiers in the encounter at Padeda polling station.
According to the information received, CRPF D and E Company’s Company Commander Anshul Suryavanshi and under the leadership of Sunil Kumar Assistant Commandant, CRPF 85 BN fought bravely and drove away the Naxalites. In this encounter, soldiers have killed more than three Naxalites. It is clearly visible in the pictures from the drone that about 100-120 Naxalites in uniform and weapons are seen running away carrying three to four dead bodies hanging.
