Police Action: Stunting on a motorcycle proved costly, police taught the driver a lesson like this

Kush Aggarwal- Balodabazar. A driver was identified through CCTV while performing stunts riding a white ZMR motorcycle near Garden Chowk in Balodabazar city. The accused driver was driving the vehicle in a very dangerous manner by keeping another person sitting behind in the vehicle and leaving his hand on the handle. This stunt could prove to be very fatal for himself as well as for other people passing by. With the help of Balodabazar City Surveillance System, the driver Tilak Sarathi, father Shyam Kumar Sarathi, age 24 years, resident of Nayapara Azad Chowk, Balodabazar, was immediately booked by the traffic police against the motorcyclist under Section 184 MV Act. By taking action under this, a challan of ₹ 2000 has been issued.

In future, if caught doing any such stunt, the police confiscated the motorcycle and gave strict instructions to the driver to take strict action. After the proceedings, the driver Tilak Sarathi apologized for the stunt and accepted that he always follows the traffic rules and respects the rules.
