During this period, action was taken against vehicles flouting the rules. If minors were found driving, their parents were instructed not to give two-wheelers to their children again. Near National Highway 30 PG College, a joint team of the Traffic Department and the Transport Department today issued a warning to two-wheeler drivers who did not follow traffic rules, drove with non-standard silencers and loud silencers, without number plates and numbers not written as per rules. After that, advice was given regarding not following the traffic rules and driving the vehicle with the number plate written within the prescribed norms and driving the vehicle only with the company’s standard silencer. The joint team also stopped minors riding two-wheelers and called their parents and instructed them not to give the vehicle without a license.
Action taken on 13 two wheelers, summon fee of Rs 4600 collected
According to the information received from the joint team of Traffic Department and Transport Department, action was taken on 13 two-wheelers under the Motor Vehicle Act and a summon fee of Rs 4600 was collected. 25 vehicles will be produced in the court for action. In the city, minor children are driving Bullet-like vehicles very fast, due to which accidents are happening in the city in the evening for the last two days. Due to continuous accidents since last two days, the Traffic Department and the Transport Department came into action today.
