Bastar.In Chhattisgarh’s Bastar district, a gang was busted for duping unemployed youths of lakhs of rupees on the pretext of providing them jobs. In this case, the police have arrested 9 accused. All these accused were collecting lakhs of rupees from unemployed youths in the name of providing jobs of computer operators and peons by opening offices in the name of Labor Union Mazdoor Kalyan Sangh.
According to the information received, this gang cheated Rs 21 lakh, these youths were made to work for about 9 months by giving them jobs as computer operators and peons in a fake way, for which no salary was given. When some youth protested against this, they were threatened to be fired from their jobs. After this, a victim youth lodged a complaint in the police station. After investigating this labor union, the police arrested all the 9 accused of this gang and raided their office and recovered 8 sets of computers and printers. At present the police have arrested all the accused.
