During a conversation with departmental employee Mohant Nayak, he said that to save the important heritage of the ancient city of Barsur, the administration and the Archaeological Survey of India should run a joint campaign and a museum should be made to preserve the ancient idols and kept for tourists. There is a need to take concrete initiative to preserve such important places like Chandraditya Temple, Bade Ganesh Temple, Mama-Bhanja Temple, Battisa Temple of Barsoor by the Department of Culture and Archeology along with the administration.
