Bilaigarh Block Education Officer Satyanarayan Sahu said that it is necessary to open the school at 7:30 am. But the school did not open till 7:45, the children were waiting for the school to open. So that he could study in the school, here the school was not open and none of the teachers were present on time. That is why a show cause notice has been issued to all the teachers posted in this school. If no response is received then further action will be taken.
