Raipur. There has been news of fraud on many people by making fake licenses from the capital. An RTO agent has cheated people by making fake licenses in Kachna area. The matter came to light when one of the victims contacted the RTO office.
The matter is such that, in Kachna area, an RTO agent named Rishabh Bothra was making fake licenses and giving them to people. The agent distributed the same license number among about half a dozen people. Then he told them to drive slowly. There will be no problem. The matter came to light when Rajesh Sharma, a resident of a private society, lodged a report at 7 pm on October 2 that Rishabh Bothra, a resident of his colony, had made a fake license.
Extorted 25 thousand rupees by pretending to be RTO agent
People who were cheated said that the accused introduced himself as an RTO agent and promised to easily get a learning and driving license. Hearing the words of the accused, 6 to 7 people of the colony gave him the work of getting the license. In return for which he took many documents and collected Rs 25 thousand. Then after a few days, the accused also brought him a copy of the license.
Police registered FIR and started investigating the case.
When the victim Rajesh Sharma became suspicious about this driving license, he reached the RTO office. When he got the license checked, it turned out to be fake. Apart from this, the license number of many people of the society also turned out to be the same. All these people had got the license made from the same person. The Assembly Police has registered an FIR in this matter and further investigation is underway.
The accused used to make excuses by taking the work of making passports.
According to the information, the accused had also taken the work of making passports from many people of the society. For which people gave him their important documents and money. But the accused was continuously postponing the work of making this passport. He was busy making different excuses every time.
