Taking action on the basis of statements in this incident, the Mohla police have registered a case under serious sections and taken the accused husband into custody.

The marriage of the deceased took place on January 25, 2022, according to social customs, according to the choice of both the parties. The deceased was living her married life with her accused husband. At first, the family atmosphere remained peaceful for 6 months, but gradually the accused husband argued with the deceased about not bringing gold and silver jewelery as dowry and started torturing the deceased.
Let me tell you, the process of harassment did not stop here, along with preventing the deceased from participating in any auspicious program at her maternal home, she started curtailing phone conversations with family members. According to the police, the people of the maternal side used to come to the in-laws house to meet the deceased, while the accused husband used to behave like a coward. Which was against the self-respect of the deceased and in view of all this incident, the woman committed suicide by hanging herself in her room on 10th May.
The deceased woman was leading a life of suffocation.
Tell me, the deceased was suffering from mental and physical harassment, she married Madhav Singh Jaiswal, a driver by profession, in 2022. The deceased was living a suffocating life in the midst of brutality. During this, on May 11, Chhathi’s program was organized in the maternal side of the deceased. In which he was barred from joining. After which the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself in her room.
Police took action…
After the death of the newly married woman, on the instructions of SP Ratna Singh, the police team of Inspector Kapil Dev Chandra immediately registered a case under section 304 and arrested the accused husband and sent him to judicial imprisonment.
