Raipur. The ruckus between the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday is becoming more controversial. The FIR against more than 50 party workers and only 6 of the Congress is now emerging as a new reason for controversy. The BJP state president has automatically taken charge of the matter. Party workers under the leadership of Sao have come on the road and have marched to complain about the matter to the SP.
Let us inform that cases have been registered against dozens of BJP leaders including BJP’s Sanjay Srivastava, Amit Sahu under non-bailable sections. The BJP workers against whom cases have been registered include Amit Meshari Shah, Arpit Suryavanshi, Sanjay Srivastava, Govinda Gupta, Tushar Chopra, Gunjan Prajapati, Golu Shah, Sharad Rathore, Ritesh Mohre, Prakhar Mishra, Sajan Kumar, Vikas Mittal, Amitesh Namdev, Vijay Lahwani, Jai Sharma, Aryan Shukla, Satyam Pandey, Vibhor Singh Thakur, Manish Sahu, Mahesh Singh Pal, Gautam Sahu, Anil Sharma, Manish Panjwani, Akash Sharma, Sameer Farikar, Ravindra Thakur, Bittu, Gautam Mahanand, and their 60 companions included Are. Cases have been registered against BJP leaders under sections 147-IPC, 148-IPC, 149-IPC, 294-IPC, 323-IPC, 341-IPC, 427-IPC, 506-IPC.
The police have also filed a case against the BJP
The police itself has registered a case of BJP workers obstructing government work. It is alleged that using criminal force caused injury to the policemen.
BJP’s Amit Sahu, Tushar Chopra, Manish Sahu, Bittu Sharma, Gautam Mahanand, Shankar Sahu pushed the police, started throwing ink due to which the uniform is stained with ink. CSP Udayan Behar, Inspector Brijesh Kushwaha, Jitendra Mishra, Head Constable Devendra Kumar Dhruv and other police personnel have also suffered injuries due to stone pelting and pushing. A case has been registered against them under sections 147-IPC, 186-IPC, 353-IPC.
Case on only 6 congressmen
BJP’s Jitendra Golcha has complained against Congress workers Amit Sharma, Bhavesh Shukla, Vinod Kashyap (Bhakku), Arpit Pargania, Shantanu Jha and Akash Sharma and others. Crime has been registered against Congressmen under sections 147,148,149,294,506,447.
It may be noted that due to the cancellation of Rahul Gandhi’s membership from the Parliament on Friday, Youth Congress leaders had burnt the effigy by throwing soot in the BJP office Ekatm premises. Here the BJP people also threw soot in the Congress building. After this, the BJP people were also attacked with stones and eggs.
