CG Politics: Devangan Samaj President opposed BJP candidate Lakhan, alleging that he had not done any work even after forming the government.

Korba. BJP has come out in protest against the candidate in Korba district of Chhattisgarh. The president of Devangan community alleges that BJP candidate Lakhan Devangan has done nothing for the Devangan community. Whereas Congress candidate Jaisingh Aggarwal has constructed the building of the society. He further said that Jaisingh Aggarwal is a public leader and respects the people of the society and helps everyone in every possible way.

During the conversation, Devangan Samaj President Lakshmi Devangan said that, when Lakhan Devangan was the mayor, the people of the society had requested him many times to help in the social building, but he did not get it built by making excuses. There was never any kind of cooperation from his side in any work of Devangan community. Congress leader and state Revenue Minister Jai Singh Aggarwal helped and cooperated with the Devangan community. Lakshmi Dewangan further said that Lakhan Dewangan was Katghora MLA and even when his government was in the state, I was contacted many times to help the society but always got disappointed.

Work not done even after repeated requests

Praising the Congress government, Speaker Lakshmi Dewangan said that as soon as the BJP government left and the Congress government was formed, Korba MLA Jaisingh Aggarwal became the Revenue Minister, people of the society contacted him. Jai Singh Aggarwal got the land marked and sanctioned Rs 25 lakh for it, the building of the society is now nearing completion. He further said that not only the Devangan community but almost all the communities of Korba have been helped a lot by Revenue Minister Jaisingh Aggarwal. Be it MLA’s fund or Minister’s fund, he provided funds to every society and got everyone’s building constructed. This is the reason why all the societies are seen mobilizing in favor of Jai Singh Aggarwal at this time.
