Raipur. Chhattisgarh BJP President and Lormi MLA Arun Sao met former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh here today and congratulated him on the party’s victory in the state. During the meeting, Shri Sao presented a bouquet of red roses to Dr. Raman.
It is noteworthy that in the Chhattisgarh assembly elections, BJP has defeated Congress by winning 54 seats. The party has greatly benefited from the experience of Dr. Raman Singh in this victory. Shri Sao also expressed his gratitude to Dr. Raman for efficiently guiding the party during the assembly elections.
Observers will come on Sunday, new CM will be decided
On the morning of Sunday, December 10, the three observers appointed by the party leadership are going to reach the capital Raipur. Jharkhand’s big tribal face and Union Minister Arjun Munda, who was made observer, will reach Raipur airport at 9 am on Sunday morning. Former Assam CM and Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal along with third observer Dushyant Gautam are also going to reach Raipur on Sunday morning. All three observers will take the meeting of BJP Legislature Party. The name of the new CM will be decided in this meeting. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, who played a big role in the elections, is also reported to reach Raipur at 8:30 am tomorrow. Regarding Mr. Mandaviya, party sources have said that he will remain in the BJP state office Kushabhau Thackeray complex throughout the day and night on Sunday.
