According to this announcement, a tender was floated 3 months ago in Gaurela Pendra Marwahi district of the state, but due to the autocracy of the officials, its process has not been completed till now. Due to which the people of Baiga tribe are feeling cheated and reached the district administration office with their complaint.

In fact, an advertisement was issued by the Tribal Development Department of the district for direct recruitment of Special Backward Tribes for 61 posts of Assistant Teacher (T. Cadre) and 12 posts of Servant through the direct recruitment process. Due to the autocracy of the responsible officers, no further attention is being paid to this. Because of which its recruitment process has not been completed even after 3 months have passed. Due to the recruitment process not being completed yet, questions are being raised on the working style of the officers of the Tribal Development Department and why the recruitment process has been stopped till now.

In this entire matter, Assistant Commissioner Lalit Shukla told us that the recruitment process will be completed in the coming 8 to 10 days and orders have been issued to the concerned department for further process on this.
