Environmental compensation of Rs 93 thousand 15 was imposed on 2 vehicles of 1 industry for illegal discharge on the side of the National Highway and Rs 3 lakh 6 thousand 435 on 6 vehicles of 4 industries for illegal, uncontrolled discharge at other places and transportation without making proper arrangements. Has been done. In this way, a total environmental compensation of Rs 3 lakh 99 thousand 450 has been imposed on 8 vehicles of 5 industries.

Notice issued to 23 industries in one year

Giving further information, it was said that continuous investigation is being done in the industries located in Raigarh district, and if deficiencies are found, notices and closure directions are issued to the industries. In the last 1 year, notices for system improvement have been issued to 23 industries and closure directions have been issued to 2 industries.
