Suraj Soni – Kharora. On the martyrdom day of Chhattisgarh’s first martyr Veer Narayan Singh, fighters of Chhattisgarh Kranti Sena organized Purkha’s Surta program at Mahtari Chaura New Bus Stand Kharora, Chhattisgarh. On this occasion, Chhattisgarh Mahtari was worshiped and the fighters paid homage to Martyr Veer Narayan Singh. Raipur District Rural President Gajan Rath gave a lecture on the life of Martyr Veer Narayan Singh and the way the British government hanged Veer Narayan Singh and then planned a terror attack by blowing his dead body with a cannon. He told that, in 1857 when Martyr Veer Narayan Singh was given a suit and side order by the British government. Even then Veer Narayan Singh fought for the freedom of his country without fear, he was hanged on 10 December 1857 at Jaistambh Chowk in Raipur.
The fighters vowed to free the state from traditions by following the footsteps of martyr Veer Narayan Singh. All the fighters united and talked about going to any extent for the honor of Chhattisgarh Mahatari, they pledged that the organization will always fight for the rights of Chhattisgarh, Chhattisgarhi and Chhattisgarhis. Anirudh will continue his fight for the honor of the ancestors of his state, his culture, Chhattisgarh and self-respect.
