A crime has been registered against the Union Minister of State under Section 188 for violating the code of conduct, but the Union Minister of State and the BJP candidate from Bharatpur Sonhat Assembly had sent a reply to the notice to the District Election Officer Korea. Which he has made public today. But even after this a crime has been registered in the police station. Regarding this, Renuka Singh has accused the administration of discrimination. In this entire matter, Korea Collector District Election Officer Vinay Kumar Langeh says that the BJP candidate is completely rejecting the things written in the notice in his reply. After receiving the reply from Renuka Singh, we asked for video footage from the flying squad team, in which a rally was taken out and political party flags and banners were found. Section 144 is in force in the entire district, after which a crowd was found gathering. Therefore, since the reply to the notice was not found correct, a crime has been registered following my instructions.

A notice was issued regarding violation of code of conduct and non-following of Election Commission guidelines during my stay in Sonhat on 15/10/2023. The paragraph wise answer to this reference is as follows-
I had migrated to Sonhat development block under Bharatpur Sonhat assembly constituency. But due to absence of street meetings, general meetings or any kind of public event during the stay, permission was not obtained from the Returning Officer. During my stay, there were no other vehicles in the convoy except my personal vehicle and the vehicle of the security team.
The villagers came spontaneously to welcome
During my stay, the villagers had come spontaneously to welcome me, whose number was not fixed, during which no address or other formalities were done by me. During my stay, no bike rally was taken out by any political official or worker from Kailaspur Chowk to Sonhat, nor was any flag or banner of any political party used, hence no permission was obtained for the bike rally.
