Sandeep Karihar-Bilaspur. A unique incident of robbery has come to light from Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh. Two unknown robbers robbed a 68 year old woman while she was going home in an auto.
It is being told that the elderly woman sat in the auto to go home and after going some distance, the auto driver threatened the woman and took away the gold necklace and bracelets she was wearing. He made the elderly woman smell some intoxicant, made her sit in another auto and ran away. When the elderly woman regained consciousness, the auto driver had fled. After this, the elderly woman reached the Civil Lines police station and lodged a complaint. Police lodged a complaint against two unknown robbers. The police are scanning the CCTV installed nearby. At present the police has started searching for unknown accused.
