On behalf of the state government, Additional Advocate General Amritodas and social worker Pratibha Sharma opposed the grant of bail. At the same time, senior advocates Anil Khare, Abhishek Sinha and Vivek Sharma of Jabalpur, on behalf of the petitioner Aman Singh and his wife, argued for a long time and told that the state government is working under political malfeasance.
