Tulsi Ram Jaiswal / Bhatapara. Line has been attached to two constables who were negligent while sending the accused to jail. Both of them were negligent in their work while on duty. The accused who escaped from the jail is still absconding from the police. This entire matter pertains to Bhatapara rural police station. Tell me, the accused escaped from the jail by dodging the Bhatapara rural police. Due to such a big negligence, many questions are being raised on the police administration. The whole incident took place when the accused of rape were being taken to the Balodabazar police station. Action is on against the accused under sections 363, 366, 376 and 0406 of the Pasco Act. But at this time the police is looking for the accused. The absconding accused Sonu alias Ashutosh Nishad is a resident of Sant Mata Karma Ward Bhatapara.
Tell me, when the order of Additional Sessions Judge i.e. Bhatapara Court was received, then he was being taken to Balodabazar police station. While entering the jail, the accused Sonu and Ashutosh Nishad escaped by dodging the constables. After which both the constables were attached to the line with immediate effect and Balodabazar’s Superintendent of Police Anoop Bajpai has ordered a preliminary inquiry and to nab the accused as soon as possible.
