The matter of supply of gram… then what happened
Actually, the names of both of them are Firoz and Atif Lakhani. On April 10, both of them called the agent of Raipur in Raipur, who was asked to supply gram at a lower price than the market. After which a deal of 3 thousand quintals of gram was fixed between the two at the rate of Rs 4,850. And Rs 1 crore 46 lakh was sent in advance. The agent confirmed the order for 3 Raipur based firms Laxmi Enterprises, Tirupati Traders and Maa Bhavani Enterprises. Then this money was sent to their bank accounts in different installments.
Fraud of offer on depositing advance money…
Let us tell you, the accused had talked about giving an offer to deposit the advance money. Hearing this, the agent agreed to his words and struck a deal for the advance payment. The thugs had said to send the goods in 2 days, but the goods did not arrive. The accused kept roaming the traders for a month, but did not send the goods. After this the thugs switched off their phones. The victim had registered a case at the Azad Chowk police station on May 6. After this, the police sent a team and arrested one of the accused Feroze. While his son Atif is currently absconding.
