Manish Kashyap News:The hearing on the application of YouTuber Manish Kashyap of Bihar was held in the Supreme Court on Friday, 21 April. CJI DY Chandrachud raised questions from senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for Tamil Nadu, regarding the NSA Act imposed on Manish Kashyap. CJI DY Chandrachud also expressed surprise over imposition of NSA on Manish Kashyap and asked why Mr Sibal has been slapped with NSA. Please tell that the Madurai court has sent YouTuber Manish Kashyap till May 3. A petition was filed in a Supreme Court on behalf of Manish Kashyap. In this, it was said that all the cases registered against Manish Kashyap in Bihar and Tamil Nadu should be clubbed and transferred to Bihar.

Let us tell you that cases have been registered against Manish Kashyap from many places. The hearing was scheduled to be held on April 11, but the date was further extended by the court to April 21. In view of this, a bench of Justice Krishna Murari and Justice Sanjay Karol issued notices to the Central, Tamil Nadu and Bihar governments, saying that all the allegations against Manish Kashyap should be heard within a week.
