Four accused arrested in the murder of journalist Vimal Kumar.
Journalist Shot Dead: On Friday, a journalist working in Hindi newspaper Dainik Jagran was shot dead in Raniganj Bazar area of Araria, Bihar. Taking action in this case, the police has arrested 4 people. After the murder of the journalist, the police formed several teams to solve the mystery of the case and are raiding different places in search of the accused.
Police officer gave information
Purnia Inspector General of Police (IGP) Suresh Prasad Chowdhary said that we have arrested some people after a journalist was shot dead by miscreants in Ranjiganj area of Araria. He said that four of our teams are conducting raids at different places. We have got some information and based on that we are likely to get success soon. He said that the strictest action would be taken to stop such incidents. So that such an incident does not happen again.
Along with this, information was also given by the police officer that out of the four arrested, two people were involved in the murder of Bimal Yadav. The case was registered on the basis of a complaint by Bimal’s father. The FIR names eight accused in the alleged murder, of whom four have been apprehended.

The journalist was shot dead by four people at around 5.30 am in Raniganj Bazar area of Araria, Bihar. After this the politics also got hot. RJD MP Manoj Jha raised the issue of violence in Manipur to attack the BJP and said that the Bihar government has always been successful in arresting the culprits. He said that whenever such an incident happens, it is a challenge for the state government. However, now the Bihar Police arrests the accused within 24 hours.
