Bihar Crime: Once again the incidents of murder have started increasing in Bihar. A journalist was shot dead on the morning of August 18 in Araria district of the state. The journalist has been identified as Vimal Kumar Yadav. It is being told that Vimal has been shot at his residence. This incident of murder was executed by 4 criminals together, due to which there was a stir in the area. Bihar Police has started investigating the matter.
According to media reports, this incident of journalist murder happened in Premnagar of Raniganj block area of Araria district. Four criminals came to the residence of Dainik Jagran journalist Vimal Kumar Yadav in Prem Nagar in the early hours of Friday. First he called several times by taking the name of Vimal, knocked on the door. As soon as Vimal opened the door, the criminals fired at him in rapid succession in his chest, killing him on the spot. After this his wife reached the spot and saw her husband Vimal soaked in blood. When the people around came to know about this incident, there was an uproar. After this people informed the local police station about the murder of the journalist.

After getting the information, the police of Raniganj police station reached Vimal Yadav in a hurry and took him to the hospital, but the doctors declared him dead. After this the dead body was sent to Araria Sadar Hospital for postmortem. Soon after the incident, the Araria SP reached Raniganj with a team and deployed heavy police force at the spot. After this the local MP also reached the spot. At present, there is a crowd of journalists outside the post-mortem house. The local people have demanded immediate arrest of the killers. Bihar Police is trying to control the situation and at the same time the killers are also being searched.
