Munna was returning to his home by bike. On the way, 2 miscreants were already waiting for them by ambushing them. As soon as they reached Saraiya Bazar, the miscreants attacked them. The CCTV of the incident has come to the fore, in which it is seen that Munna Saraiya is seen going to the market sitting on his bike. Then two youths come running behind them with guns in their hands and start firing on Munna. Munna falls on the road. After this, both the miscreants come running to him and shoot 2-3 bullets from a very close distance. Dozens of people around watch the carnage, but no one tries to save Munna. Both the miscreants escape from the spot. Munna dies on the spot shortly after being shot.

As soon as the information about the murder was received, the family members of Munna and the local police reached the spot. Angered by the incident, family members and local people blocked the Ara-Saraiya main road by placing Munna’s body on the road. During this, people entered the house of a murderer and ransacked it. Due to this incident which happened in broad daylight, questions are being raised on the working style of Bihar Police. In the interrogation of Krishnagarh police station, Munna Yadav’s son Ankur Kumar has told about the murder of his father in the election enmity. He has said that his father was killed at the behest of Anshu Upadhyay, husband of the former head of Gundi Panchayat. He told that armed miscreants had also fired at my mother in a brawl during Holi in March last year. During this she was seriously injured.
