Cricket News:Indian all-rounder player Hardik Pandya may have to remain out of the team for some time due to ankle injury. If reports are to be believed, it will take some time for Pandya to recover. There is a possibility of Grade 1 ligament tear in Hardik Pandya’s ankle. He will also not be able to play the match against England to be held in Lucknow on Sunday 29 October. However, BCCI has not confirmed it yet.
According to media reports, Hardik Pandya will be available only for the last two league matches of the World Cup on November 5 against South Africa and Netherlands. Pandya is unlikely to join the team before the match against England in Lucknow. Pandya has not started bowling since he suffered an ankle injury during the India vs Bangladesh match in Pune last week. The medical team will wait for him for a few more days to recover at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru.
