The Meteorological Department says that due to snowfall in the mountains, winter has knocked in the surrounding states including Delhi. The department says that the first snowfall of the season has been seen in Himachal Pradesh. Due to this, a drop in minimum temperature has been recorded. Due to cloudy sky, cold winds are giving a feeling of change in the weather even in the afternoon.
It will rain with light thunder
Meanwhile, while talking to the media on Delhi weather update, IMD scientist Soma Sen said that there is an active western disturbance over North-West India. There is a possibility of rain and light thundershowers across the region. With this, there may be snowfall in the mountainous areas. There is a possibility of rain in the upper areas and in the lower areas. Delhi has been cloudy since morning, so there is a possibility of light thunderstorm and light rain in the evening. There will be light clouds in the sky tomorrow i.e. Tuesday also. The sky will remain clear from Wednesday.

The Meteorological Department says that due to rain, the air of Delhi will become clear. Apart from this, the maximum temperature in the capital is likely to reach 32 degrees and the minimum temperature is likely to reach 19 degrees. The Meteorological Department says that it will be cloudy on October 17. There will be light rain. After this, coldness may increase in the morning and evening. The sky will be clear from 18th to 20th October. There is a possibility of rain and snowfall in Himachal Pradesh till October 18. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in Rajasthan. According to Jaipur Meteorological Centre, there is a possibility of rain in Rajasthan during October 17.
Snowfall seen in Himachal
Meanwhile, snowfall has been seen in the hill state of Himachal Pradesh. This snowfall has occurred in Churdhar of the state. The religious place of the state, Churdhar, received the first snowfall of the season on Sunday. This place is at an altitude of about 12 thousand feet above sea level. A sudden change in the weather was recorded here after midnight.
