Virat Kohli Yo-Yo test:Former Indian captain Virat Kohli has passed the yo-yo fitness test ahead of the Asia Cup 2023. Kohli got the test done at the NCA in Bengaluru on Thursday i.e. 24 August, in which he passed completely. According to information received from the media, Virat Kohli will participate in the camp at the NCA in Bengaluru with Team India before the Asia Cup 2023. This training is going to start from today i.e. 24th August, which will last for 5 days. It is being told that after this training, the Indian team will leave for Colombo for the Asia Cup. Recently, India’s team for Asia Cup 2023 was announced.
Preparations are being done keeping in mind the world
Indian players will be given training keeping in mind the ICC World Cup to be held in India this year. During this, the players will be given 9 hours of sleep daily, regular gym, yoga, swimming and consuming a certain amount of protein will be taken care of. This is being done because the BCCI wants the Indian players to be fully fit for the next 3 months so that they can be fit for the Asia Cup 2023 as well as the ICC World Cup. At present, many Indian players are struggling with injuries in the team.
