Gurpatwant Singh Pannun: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday registered a case against Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun over the Air India threat video.
Sikh for Justice (SFJ) founder and designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun had issued a threat through a video on November 4, saying that Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport would be renamed and it would Will remain closed on 19th November.

The NIA said in a statement that the investigating agency has booked Pannun under sections 120B (criminal conspiracy), 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language etc.) and 506 (criminal intimidation). A case has been registered under.
