The Supreme Court has currently put a stay on the bulldozer action on illegal settlements on railway land near Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura. The court has also issued notice to the Central Government and the Ministry of Railways in this matter. The court has stayed this action for 10 days. The matter will be heard again in the Supreme Court next week.

He claimed that people have been living there for more than 100 years on the land from which the encroachment is being removed by the Railways.
