Kamal Nath meets Mallikarjun Kharge : Congress has suffered a crushing defeat in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. After which it is being said that Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Kamal Nath may resign from the post of state president. It is reported that Kamal Nath will meet Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday. After this meeting he can submit his resignation to him.
According to media reports, Kamal Nath will participate in the INDIA alliance meeting in Delhi on Wednesday. Apart from this, he will also meet party president Mallikarjun Kharge separately. He may resign from his post after the party’s defeat in the assembly elections. Madhya Pradesh Assembly election results were declared on 3 December. BJP has captured 163 out of 230 seats in the state. Congress has suffered a big defeat in this assembly election.

He has called a meeting of all the candidates tomorrow to review those reasons. Due to which the party lost in the state where it was confident of victory. Sources say that on Wednesday, Kamal Nath will meet party president Mallikarjun Kharge separately and will later decide whether he wants to continue as Madhya Pradesh Congress chief or not.
