Jwala Gutta’s childhood was spent in Hyderabad. His early education was completed in Hyderabad. His interest in sports increased during his initial education, so he started training in badminton. Jwala Gutta later decided that she would make her career in badminton. Despite all the ups and downs in his life, he did not leave badminton. Jwala Gutta’s badminton career
At the age of just 10, Jwala started taking badminton training. His coach was SM Arif, a Dronacharya awardee. At the age of 13, Jwala participated in the Mini Badminton Championship and became the winner. In the year 2017, Jwala won the Junior National Badminton Championship. Since then he never looked back. Jwala Gutta is a professional badminton player from India, she participated and won the 1990 mixed and women’s doubles. Along with this, Jwala also achieved the rank of top 6 player in the world.
Also won medal in Commonwealth Games
His pairing with Shruti Kurian was successful, winning the National Doubles Championship title seven times in a row. Apart from this, Ashwini Ponnappa was the partner of Jwala in the Commonwealth Games held in Delhi in the year 2010. Together they won gold in the double event. In the Commonwealth Games held in the year 2014, he also brought laurels to India by winning gold.

Badminton player Jwala Gutta married badminton player Chetan Anand in the year 2005. However, both did not last long and Jwala and Chetan got divorced in the year 2011.
