Jharkhand Train Robbery: Late night in Jharkhand, 8 to 10 armed miscreants created a ruckus in the Sambalpur-Jammu Tawi Express train. There was massive looting and 8 to 10 rounds of firing in the Sambalpur-Jammu Tawi Express between Latehar and Barwadih railway station. Also, many people were injured with the butt of the pistol when they protested. The miscreants have carried out this incident in S-9 bogie of Sambalpur-Jammutvi Express. After looting all the passengers, the miscreants escaped by pulling the chain. This incident took place between 12 and 1 am on Saturday night.
Passengers created a ruckus
After this incident, when the train reached Daltonganj station late at night, the passengers created a ruckus. But the passengers created a ruckus. During this time the train remained stopped for 2 hours. Many passengers were also injured during the robbery. After providing first aid to the injured passengers, the train was sent forward by increasing the security in the train. After receiving information about the incident, RPF soldiers and officers also reached there and the matter is being investigated.
No information has been revealed yet on how much money and jewelery was looted from the passengers in S-9 bogie of Jammu Tawi Express. The Railway Police team is conducting a search operation between Latehar and Daltonganj. There has been no official confirmation as to whether any RPF team was present in the train at the time of the incident.

Vikas Mittal, Rae Bareli resident Mahesh, Ranchi resident Harsh Kumar, Ranchi resident Rimjhim Singh wife Praveen Singh, Arvind Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Rajasthan resident Mithilesh Kumar, Banda resident Udit Narayan, Bandi resident Pushpa Devi wife Horilal and their daughter Annapurna, Firoz going to Mirzapur. Passengers like Ali etc. became victims of robbery and assault. According to the passengers, lakhs of rupees were looted from all of them.
