Indian Railway: Indian Railways runs special train from New Delhi to Katra, know through which routes it will pass

Indian Railways:There is a great news for the devotees going to Vaishno Devi. Indian Railways has decided to run a new train from New Delhi to Mata Vaishno Devi route. This train is being started from 8th April. Train number is 040477. It will leave New Delhi at 23:15 at night and leave for Katra, while it will reach Katra at 11:15 in the morning the next day.

This special train will pass through 11 stations

This train headed towards the Indian Railways is being run in view of the inconvenience caused to the passengers. Regarding this, railway officials said that every person has a desire to visit Mata Vaishno. But, due to crowd and non-availability of confirmed tickets, the trains of this route are not able to go. In such a situation, due to the faith of the devotees and to reduce the crowd, Indian Railways has decided to run a special train from New Delhi via Katra. This train will travel on this route making two trips daily. The train number of this train is 04078. This train will depart from Katra at 18:10 in the evening and reach Delhi at 6:10 in the morning.

This special train will pass through 11 stations after starting from New Delhi. The route of this special train will cover Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ambala Cantt, Ludhiana Jalandhar Cantt, Pathankot, Jammu Tawi, Udhampur and Katra. For the convenience of the passengers, general, sleeper class and AC class coaches have been included in this special train.
