FIR Against Aaditya Thackeray: A big information is coming out from Maharashtra. An FIR has been registered against Aditya Thackeray, son of former state Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. FIR has been registered at NM Joshi Police Station, Mumbai. Aditya opened Parel underbridge without permission. Along with this, a complaint was also lodged against all the Shiv Sena led Uddhav leaders present at that time.

In this regard, BMC said in its complaint that Aditya Thackeray has opened the Lower Parel Bridge illegally. The incident took place on November 16 when former chief minister Uddhav’s son arrived at the inauguration ceremony of the bridge along with party leaders. A day after this incident, on November 17, after getting information about this matter, BMC filed a complaint against him at NM Joshi Police Station in Mumbai. Here, based on the complaint of BMC, the police has registered an FIR.

BMC said in its complaint that 15 to 20 unidentified persons including MLA Aditya Thackeray, Legislative Council MLA Sunil Shinde, Sachin Ahir, former Mayor Kishoritai Pednekar and former Mayor Snehal Ambekar had illegally constructed the incomplete Parel Underbridge without taking permission from the Municipal Corporation. Constructed and it was opened. In this regard, it has been written in the FIR that with the inauguration of this bridge, traffic movement has started but due to incomplete work, now people’s lives may be in danger. Therefore an FIR was lodged by BMC.

Regarding the inauguration of the bridge, Aditya Thackeray himself had posted in X that he himself is waiting for the bridge to be opened by BMC. They were waiting for BMC itself to open the bridge for the general public but almost 10 days have passed. The bridge is ready and is now awaiting the presence of dignitaries to open it. Aditya Thackeray also wrote that we opened it yesterday and under pressure from Shinde government, BMC closed it again. At present, Mumbai Police has registered an FIR against Aditya and his associates and is investigating the matter.
