Entertainment News: The troubles of Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav are not stopping. Now news is coming that Noida Police has sent a notice to Elvish Yadav and called him for questioning. This questioning will be done against him regarding the allegations of supplying snake venom in rave parties. However, Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner has called these allegations baseless. He says that all the allegations being made against him are fake.
Actually, a case was registered against six people including Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav for supplying snake venom in Noida Kotwali Sector-49. This FIR was based on the complaint lodged by People for Animals (PFA). It was lodged on Friday. Noida Police is collecting evidence regarding the high profile case. If reports are to be believed, the investigation of this case has now been handed over to Kotwali Sector-20 and Inspector Kailashnath has been made the investigating officer. Earlier the investigating officer of this case was Sub Inspector Deepak.
Noida Police sought remand from the court.
If reports are to be believed, Noida Police demanded police custody remand of all the five accused sent to jail in this case. An application has been filed in the court for this. After getting the remand from the court, the police will interrogate the five. The police had already arrested five people for supplying snake venom in rave parties. However, till now the police has not taken any action against Elvish Yadav.
Noida Police is scanning call records.
It is being said that the five accused were arrested by the police. His call records are being scrutinized. So that the police can get concrete evidence against Elvish Yadav.
