On the other hand, regarding this bill, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had said in the Parliament that the issue of Delhi Ordinance is there since 1993, but there was never any conflict between the Center and the State Government. There was a BJP government at the Centre, then there was a Congress government in Delhi. Sometimes the Congress was at the center and the BJP was in Delhi, but there was never a fight. Then in the year 2015, such a party came to power in Delhi, whose aim was not to serve but only to fight. Kejriwal is very quarrelsome in nature. They are not to get the right to transfer-posting, but to capture the vigilance department to hide corruption like building their own Sheesh Mahal.
