Delhi Liquor Scam: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday i.e. today did not attend the summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate for questioning in the money laundering case related to the liquor policy scam. He has written a letter to ED in this matter. Kejriwal wrote to the investigating agency that the summons was illegal and politically motivated. He alleged that the summons had been sent at the behest of BJP.

Conspiracy to stop election campaigning in five states

The AAP supremo said that the ED notice has been sent to her to stop her from campaigning in five states. Also said that the Election Commission of India has announced the election campaign in Mizoram, Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram, Telangana and Chhattisgarh. He said that being the star campaigner of the party, I will visit five states to campaign and address party workers. He has also mentioned Diwali in his letter. He urged the investigating agency to immediately withdraw the notice.

BJP attacked regarding the letter

Responding to Kejriwal’s letter to ED, BJP said that AAP is involved in corruption and its top leaders should answer the questions raised by the court and investigating agencies. The party said that Arvind Kejriwal’s claim that this Politically motivated, makes no sense. The Supreme Court refused to grant bail to Manish Sisodia and cited the temporarily established money trail of Rs 338 crore. Even Congress has accused the Kejriwal government of corruption. Is Kejriwal saying all this politically motivated?

According to media reports, the letter sent by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to the Enforcement Directorate is being investigated. ED can again issue summons to the CM and call him to the office for questioning.
