Let us tell you that Suresh was recruited in Delhi Police in 2012. Just two years later, female constable Mona was recruited in Delhi Police in 2014. It was here that the conversation took place between the two. Suresh loved Mona on one side, but Mona used to call him Dada i.e. Papa. After this, she left the job of Delhi Police and started preparing in Mukherjee Nagar. When Mona came to know that Suresh was keeping an evil eye on her, she protested against it. After this, Suresh took Mona to his home in Alipore, Delhi on September 8, 2021. Here Suresh strangled Mona to death and threw the body in a big drain. To prevent the dead body from coming up in the water, he also placed stones on the dead body.
Kept misleading family and police
After committing the crime, the head constable kept misleading the family members of the victim Mona as well as the police. According to media reports, to escape, accused Suresh Rana often took call girls to other cities outside Delhi and left some of Mona’s documents there. Due to which the police felt that she had gone of her own free will and did not want to return to her family.
Crime branch arrested
After this he started using new tricks. He used to withdraw money from the bank to assure Mona’s family. So that it seems as if Mona is alive. Not only this, he also got a fake vaccine certificate made in the name of Mona. He also used Mona’s SIM. He also continuously gave false information to mislead the family members. Seeing the negligence of Delhi Police, the family members got upset and handed over the investigation to the Crime Branch. After this, all his cunningness came to naught in front of the crime branch. The crime branch has arrested the accused. The crime branch will now recover Mona’s body and conduct further investigation.
