Chamoli Electrocution Accident: A major accident took place at the site of Namami Gange project in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Today i.e. on Wednesday, 14 people have died due to electrocution at the project site, while many people got badly burnt. In a hurry, all the injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital for treatment. People angry with the accident are accusing the Energy Corporation of being negligent. There is a demand to take action against the corporation. After the accident, work on the project has been stopped for the time being. Police team has reached the spot for rescue work, the people present on the spot are being questioned.
