BJP Meeting: A meeting will be held with BJP chiefs of 11 states at the BJP headquarters in Hyderabad, Telangana. It will be presided over by the party’s national president J.P.Nadda. A lot of commotion was seen in Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Bhawan on Saturday. BJP state president G. All senior party leaders including Kishan Reddy, Bandi Sanjay Kumar and election in-charge Prakash Javadekar arrived to hold an important meeting.
Kishan Reddy as state BJP chief and Sanjay as ex-president of the state unit reached the party headquarters for the first time on Saturday. After this, a lot of enthusiasm was seen among the supporters and workers gathered in the office. In this preparatory meeting, party vice-presidents D.K., Aruna and senior leaders Dr. K.K. Laxman was also involved.
The BJP is meeting heads of all important southern states and some other states in Hyderabad on Sunday, where elections are due in the next one year. This meeting will be chaired by national president JP Nadda. Leaders who will attend the meeting include party national general secretary and co-in-charge of the election committee Sunil Bansal, general secretary and Telangana in-charge Tarun Chugh, and senior national leaders including Vivek Menon. This meeting will be in front of the cameras.

In the meeting to be held today, the election preparedness of the 11 state units of the party will be reviewed and appropriate steps will be taken to identify the weak spots and remove the shortcomings in the election preparation. According to media reports, the BJP is giving importance to Telangana as a gateway to power in the southern states. Therefore it has been decided to hold the meeting in Hyderabad. The BJP leader said Telangana is the best place to establish its dominance in the south by winning the assembly elections later this year.
