Sonali Phogat murder case accused Sukhwinder got bail
Sonali Phogat Murder Case: BJP leader and Tiktok star Sonali Phogat Sukhwinder, accused in the Sonali Phogat murder case, has got bail. On Wednesday, the Goa High Court granted bail while hearing his petition. Sukhwinder will be released from jail after about nine months.
During the hearing on the bail plea, there was an argument between the lawyers of CBI and Sukhwinder. CBI opposed the bail. The debate between the two sides took place on Tuesday, but due to non-completion of the debate, the matter was heard again on Wednesday. Sukhwinder’s lawyer Sukhwant Singh Dangi told that he has got bail. What will be the conditions of bail, that can be told only after getting the order. Earlier, Sukhwinder has got bail in the drugs case.

Earlier, his bail was rejected by the sessions court on February 16. The CBI had opposed the bail and filed a reply that the accused could influence the witnesses if granted bail. On the other hand, the defense advocate Sukhwant Singh Dangi argued in the court that Sukhwinder has been falsely implicated in this case. According to Dangi, CBI has also filed its charge sheet, but nowhere in it CBI could not show the motive of this murder. Hence it is not murder and his client has been deliberately implicated in a conspiracy.
In the Sonali murder case, on November 22, the CBI presented a charge sheet against Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder in a Goa court. This charge sheet was presented before the First Class Judicial Magistrate in Mapusa Court, Goa. Sudhir and Sukhwinder are in Colwell Jail. A 2500-page charge sheet has been presented against both. The statements of both are also recorded in this. The CBI has also examined all the documents of the Goa Police.
Sonali Phogat was murdered in Goa on August 22-23 last year. At that time he was accompanied by his PAs Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder in Goa. Sonali’s family alleges that Sudhir and Sukhwinder have murdered her. Sudhir wants to usurp Sonali’s property, so he kills Sonali by giving her drugs. It was alleged that he was forcibly given drugs. Both had bought and brought these drugs. Sonali’s brother Rinku had lodged a murder case against Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder by giving a complaint to the Goa Police. Sonali’s post mortem report found injury marks on her body. The Goa Police had registered a murder case against Sonali’s PA Sudhir Sangwan and his accomplice Sukhwinder.
