Nutritionist Namami Aggarwal has said in her video, ‘This belief is absolutely wrong that eating eggs, chicken or fish during summer can harm health. Vitamins and nutrients are found in abundance in these things which give energy to the body, however these foods should be eaten in limited quantities only.

Namami further says that ‘It is true that egg can generate heat in the body, but if it is eaten in limited quantity then it can be very nutritious for the body. Egg is a powerhouse of various types of nutrients and its yolk is also effective in weight loss. About 90 percent iron and calcium are found in egg yolk.

Namami says that non-veg foods like chicken, fish and eggs can be very beneficial for health. Eating these improves brain health and boosts heart health. Blood pressure is controlled and bones and teeth get strengthened. All these foods are rich in nutrients.
