India-Canada Tension: The troubles of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who held India responsible for the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, are not showing any signs of abating. Due to his irresponsible statement, not only has he received strict advice from many countries of the world, but the Canadian opposition and Trudeau’s party MPs are also criticizing his statement. Despite this, Trudeau has not yet apologized for his statement. Due to this attitude of Trudeau, Indian Hindus in Canada are being threatened with death by Khalistanis. Looking at the current situation in Canada, India is considering taking more stringent steps. In this context, today India has taken another strict action. India has indefinitely suspended visa services for Canadians. However, it has not been announced officially yet. This is the first time that Visa services have been suspended after Covid.

India suspended visa services

Giving information on social media, a Canadian website said that Indian visa services have been suspended from September 21, 2023 until further notice. However, no official statement has been issued on this. This is the first time that India has suspended visas after the Covid-19 pandemic. This suspension was done following India’s advice on Wednesday in which it had asked its citizens in Canada to exercise more caution due to increasing anti-India activities. Indian students have been especially advised to be more careful and alert.

Tension after shooting dead Khalistani terrorist

Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar was shot in the parking lot of the Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara in the city of Surrey in the British Columbia province. He was a prominent figure of the separatist organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ) in the city. SFJ has held India responsible for this murder. After this, Canada started an investigation in this matter, but even before the investigation was completed, PM Trudeau had held India responsible in his Parliament. Additionally, the Indian Ambassador was also expelled. India also retaliated by expelling the Canadian diplomat last Tuesday and asking him to leave the country within five days. After this, Trudeau had said in his reply that he does not want any kind of dispute with India, but this is a serious matter and India should consider it seriously. However, after this statement of Trudeau, Indian Hindus started receiving death threats and advisories were also issued, due to which India has also been forced to take strict steps.

Khalistani terrorists held a secret meeting with ISI agents

Agents of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI present in Canada and heads of Khalistan terrorist groups have recently held a secret meeting in Vancouver. According to media reports, Sikh for Justice chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannu and other heads of Khalistani organizations were present in the meeting held five days ago. During the meeting between ISI agents and Khalistani groups, a plan was made to spread anti-India propaganda as much as possible. On the other hand, Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto also supported PM Justin Trudeau. However, Bilawal Bhutto is facing opposition in Pakistan itself for his support.
